Rates, Terms & Conditions for Las Vegas Executive Dream Vacation House

Nightly rates at $650 or less, depending upon length of stay and time of year. Non-refundable security deposit of $250.00 with credit card authorization to charge your card for damage or missing items. No children under 12 or pets without prior arrangements. Payment in full required to reserve rental dates. Pre-paid rents are refundable 100% if notice received at least 30 days prior to the first day reserved, 80% refundable if notice received at least 15 days prior to the first day reserved, and 60% refundable thereafter. Check in is 3PM or later, check out no later than 11AM. Support staff available to assist in your stay.
